Job Description

Position: Executive Assistant

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year

We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a team of executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
– Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and reports
– Maintain confidential files and records
– Coordinate special projects and events as needed
– Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of executives
– Assist with budget management and expense tracking

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role
– Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
– Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
