Assembly Line Worker Job Description

Our company is seeking reliable and hardworking Assembly Line Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling parts or products on a production line. Your duties will include reading and interpreting work orders, following assembly instructions, operating machinery and equipment, and inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

To be successful as an Assembly Line Worker, you should have good manual dexterity, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent attention to detail. Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred but not required as training will be provided.

Assembly Line Worker Responsibilities:
– Reading and interpreting work orders and assembly instructions.
– Assembling parts or products on a production line.
– Operating machinery and equipment according to safety regulations.
– Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
– Performing routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.
– Keeping work area clean and organized.
– Following all company policies and procedures.

Assembly Line Worker Requirements:
– High school diploma or GED.
– Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
– Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
– Strong attention to detail.
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
– Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
