Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational aspects of the business, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily operations of the business, including production, supply chain, logistics, and customer service
– Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
– Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize costs
– Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track operational performance and make data-driven decisions
– Lead and develop a team of operations staff, providing coaching, training, and guidance as needed
– Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on key business goals and initiatives
– Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence
– Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related role
– Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing teams and driving results
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Solid understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control
– Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is a plus
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize competing demands
