Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Social Worker to join our team. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and advocacy for individuals and families in need of assistance. You will work with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, provide counseling and support services, and connect them with community resources as needed.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct assessments to determine clients’ needs and create individualized treatment plans
– Provide counseling and support services to clients dealing with a variety of issues
– Advocate for clients’ rights and help them navigate social service systems
– Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists, case managers, and healthcare providers, to provide holistic care
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work
– Current state license or certification as a Social Worker
– Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
