Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our internal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and troubleshooting, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support and assistance to all employees
– Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
– Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
– Assist with network administration tasks
– Document all support activities and solutions

Requirements:
