Position: Mechanical Technician

Location: Cambridge, Ontario

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 per year

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Mechanical Technician to join their team in Cambridge, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of mechanical maintenance and repair tasks on equipment and machinery in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose mechanical issues on equipment
– Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently
– Repair or replace defective parts as needed
– Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs completed
– Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure production goals are met

Qualifications:
– 2+ years of mechanical maintenance experience
– Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
– Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– High school diploma or equivalent
