Global Quality is looking for a Manager, Quality Projects to join their team in Ontario, with preference for the Greater Toronto Area. The ideal candidate should be dynamic and resilient, with the ability to travel regularly. Responsibilities include managing quality projects within the division.
Title: Customer Service Representative

Description:
Our company is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
– Providing information on products and services
– Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
– Processing orders and returns
– Maintaining customer records and databases

Requirements:
