Job Description
We are looking for a talented and motivated Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
– Manage a portfolio of clients, including developing relationships and understanding their business needs
– Develop and implement account plans to drive growth and increase revenue
– Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver on client objectives
– Monitor client performance and KPIs to ensure success
– Stay current on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
– 3+ years of experience in account management or client services
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
– Proven track record of driving business growth
– Experience with CRM software is a plus
