Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $15-$17 per hour

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and emails from customers
– Provide information about products and services
– Process orders and returns
– Resolve customer complaints and issues
– Update customer information in the system
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Bilingual in English and French is an asset
