A Project Controls Leader is needed to work with the PMO Manager and assign tasks to the Project Controls Team for specific projects. The leader will be responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of project management.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and placing qualified candidates in appropriate positions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Source candidates through various channels, such as social media, job boards, and networking events
– Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine their qualifications and suitability for open positions
– Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
– Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences
– Negotiate salaries and benefits for candidates and facilitate job offers
– Keep abreast of market trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
– Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Proficient in using recruitment tools and software
– High attention to detail and organizational skills
