Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and ensuring all inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries and concerns
– Process orders and provide order status updates to clients
