Job Description

Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Montreal, QC

Salary: $17.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Montreal, QC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients over the phone and via email. You will be required to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Provide information about products and services
– Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
– Process orders and returns
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications:
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
