is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their development project in Surrey, which includes three towers over 40 storeys tall. The project features amenities such as dog parks, rooftop and outdoor patios, and a 5-storey underground parkade.
Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will respond to inquiries, provide information about products and services, and resolve any customer complaints or issues. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for processing orders, updating customer accounts, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
– Provide information about products, services, and pricing
– Process orders and update customer accounts
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
– Work closely with other team members to provide exceptional customer service
– Stay up to date on product knowledge and pricing information

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Strong attention to detail
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
