Job Description
We are currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist visitors in a warm and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail
– Maintain a clean and organized reception area
– Assist with administrative tasks as needed
– Provide general support to staff and management
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
