Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team.
Responsibilities:
– Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments
– Coordinate meetings and conference calls
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations
– Conduct research and compile data for various reports and projects
– Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executives
– Maintain filing systems and organize documents
– Make travel arrangements and accommodations for executives
– Assist with special projects and events as needed
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
