Position: Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. This role involves answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
– Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
– Providing information about products and services
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
– Communicating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
