Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Toronto, ON
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring that their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
– Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Processing orders and returns
– Updating customer records in the database
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Providing product information and troubleshooting advice to customers
– Meeting and exceeding customer service goals
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of customer service experience
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
