Sales representatives are responsible for selling products with guidance from the Regional Sales Manager and Marketing department. Key responsibilities include generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining relationships with customers.
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person
– Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate area
– Managing and organizing office files and documents
– Handling incoming and outgoing mail
– Planning and scheduling appointments and meetings
– Assisting with event planning and coordination
– Performing general office duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and data entry
– Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of administrative experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
