Job Description:

Are you a skilled and experienced Finance Manager looking for a new challenge? Our company is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Finance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting. You will also be responsible for managing a team of finance professionals and ensuring that all financial operations are conducted in compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
– Prepare and analyze financial reports
– Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management
– Manage cash flow and budgeting activities
– Oversee financial transactions and track expenses
– Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies
– Manage a team of finance professionals and provide guidance and support
– Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies
– Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
– CPA or CFA certification preferred
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
– Experience managing a team of finance professionals
