The job description is for a Senior Manager in IT Strategy & Planning, responsible for evaluating the feasibility of technology projects, leading the preparation of IT project proposals, and ensuring alignment with overall IT strategies. The position is located in either Victoria or Vancouver, Lower Mainland.
Job Description

Our company is seeking a dedicated and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Organize and schedule appointments
– Maintain contact lists
– Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Order office supplies
– Book travel arrangements
– Submit and reconcile expense reports
– Provide general support to visitors

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant
– Proficient in MS Office
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Attention to detail
– High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
