Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: London, ON
Salary: $18.00 per hour

Are you a Customer Service Representative that is looking for a new and exciting opportunity? Do you have experience working in a fast-paced call center environment? We are currently looking for individuals to join our team in London, ON.
Responsibilities:
– Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
– Assisting customers with product information, orders, and returns
– Providing exceptional customer service and support
– Resolving customer issues and escalating to management when necessary
– Inputting and maintaining accurate customer records in the database
– Meeting and exceeding performance targets and goals
Requirements:
– 1+ year of experience in a customer service role (call center experience is an asset)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software
– Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends
