Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $18-20 per hour

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Handle customer complaints and issues with diplomacy and tact
