A project is underway to rebuild a province-wide Public Safety Radio Network, led by Bell Mobility’s Public Safety Engineering, Project Delivery, and Operations team. They are looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual to help with this initiative.
Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
– Receive incoming calls and emails from customers
– Provide support and assistance to customers in a professional and courteous manner
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department
– Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Previous customer service experience is a plus
