Job Description:
Our dental office in Scarborough is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
– Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
– Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries
– Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
– Maintain and update patient records
– Assist with billing and payment processing

Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience as a Dental Receptionist
– Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
– Proficiency in dental software and MS Office programs
