Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Vancouver, BC
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vancouver. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer customer inquiries via phone and email
– Assist customers with product information and pricing
– Process orders accurately and efficiently
