Description:
Brite Recruitment is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Cornwall. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative staff, and ensuring that office processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
– Manage administrative staff and oversee daily operations
– Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance
– Supervise administrative employees and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
– Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
– Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
– Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
– Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
– Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
– Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

Requirements:
– Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
– Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Excellent organizational and leadership skills
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
– Strong problem-solving skills
– High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
