Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia

Salary: $15 – $18 per hour

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Vancouver. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries
– Responding to customer emails and resolving any issues or concerns
– Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate data entry
– Providing product information and recommendations to customers
– Handling customer complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
– Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
