Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

– Previous customer service experience preferred

– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
– Experience with CRM software is a plus
