The Intermediate BIM Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects. This role requires a strong understanding of BIM standards, project coordination, and leadership skills to effectively lead BIM initiatives.
Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Maintenance Worker to join our team. The Maintenance Worker will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and making necessary repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
– Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and facilities
– Troubleshoot equipment issues and determine the best course of action for repairs
– Make necessary repairs to equipment and facilities as needed
– Ensure all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
– Keep accurate records of maintenance work and repairs
– Assist with coordinating and overseeing outside contractors for maintenance work

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– 2+ years of experience in maintenance work
– Strong mechanical aptitude
– Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
