Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Salary: $18 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and assisting them with inquiries, complaints, and product-related issues.

Responsibilities:

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
– Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
– Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status
– Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies
– Maintain accurate customer records and details in the database
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
– Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1+ years of customer service experience
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
