Customer Service Representative

Location: Montreal, QC

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 to $20.00 /hour

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Montreal. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving inquiries or concerns, and providing support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
– Resolving customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
– Providing product information and guidance to customers
– Processing orders and returns
– Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks

Qualifications:
– Previous customer service experience
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Bilingual in English and French is preferred
