Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executive team and general office maintenance.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain executive’s schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
– Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking meeting minutes
– Answer and direct phone calls, distribute correspondence, and maintain filing system
– Greet visitors and clients in a professional, friendly manner
– Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
– Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
– Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
– Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
– 2+ years of administrative and office experience
– Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
