Job Description

Position: HR Coordinator

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Our client, a leading entertainment company, is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. The HR Coordinator will provide support to the HR department by assisting with various tasks related to recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

– Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
– Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding processes
– Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations
– Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS system
– Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments and changes
– Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures
– Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution
– Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
– Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
– 2+ years of HR experience
– Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
– Strong organizational and communication skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– HR certification (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
