Position: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Vancouver, BC

The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors. Duties include greeting and directing visitors, answering and transferring phone calls, managing the reception area, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:
– Greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
– Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
– Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
– Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
– Provide support to other departments as needed
– Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
