Job Description:
– Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
– Assist with processing and tracking orders
– Prepare and maintain documentation for shipments and inventory
– Communicate with customers and vendors regarding order status and delivery
– Coordinate with shipping companies and carriers to schedule shipments
– Assist in resolving any order or shipment issues
– Maintain organized and clean work area
– Follow all company policies and procedures related to order processing and shipping
– Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience working in an office environment preferred
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
Expected salary: $100000 – 120000 per year
