Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, as well as assisting with day-to-day office tasks.

Key responsibilities include:
– Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person
– Greeting visitors and clients in a professional manner
– Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files
– Assisting with data entry and document preparation
– Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
– Providing general administrative support as needed

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and have strong organizational abilities. Previous administrative experience is preferred, but not required. If you are a proactive team player with a positive attitude, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Expected salary: $33850 – 44000 per year
