Description:
The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and driving initiatives that enhance infrastructure resilience across organizations. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to develop strategies, processes, and tools to ensure infrastructure is secure, reliable, and adaptable to rapidly changing environments. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. The Program Manager will also be involved in client-facing activities, such as presenting project updates and recommendations.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in infrastructure or technology
– Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Experience working with government agencies and industry partners is a plus
– PMP certification is preferred

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends and evenings as needed
Location: Remote with occasional travel to client sites
