Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Montreal, QC
Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Montreal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while also supporting our sales team. The role will involve responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, processing orders, and handling any customer issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
– Process incoming orders and handle any related administrative tasks
– Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to resolve issues
– Collaborate with the sales team to support business development efforts
– Maintain strong product knowledge in order to effectively assist customers
– Ensure customer satisfaction through communication and problem-solving
Qualifications:
– Previous customer service experience is preferred
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
– Detail-oriented and organized
– Bilingual in English and French is an asset
