Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

– Answering inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers
– Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
– Processing orders and assisting customers with product selection
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
– Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– 1-2 years of customer service experience
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
