Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Toronto, ON

Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
– Provide information about products and services, and assist customers with placing orders
– Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
– Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
– Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous customer service experience preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
