Title: Marketing Specialist

Location: Richmond Hill, ON

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 a year

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
– Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to develop effective marketing campaigns
– Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, websites, and email marketing
– Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns to increase customer acquisition and retention
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives
– Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance and return on investment

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
– Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry
– Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and strategies
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
