Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst responsible for providing technical support and customer service to end users. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving IT related issues, responding to requests, and documenting all support interactions in the IT ticketing system. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for customer service. Previous experience in a similar role and technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating systems, and hardware/software troubleshooting are required. This is a contract position based in Toronto, Ontario.
