Job Description
Our client, a leading company in the retail industry, is seeking a motivated and experienced Accounting Clerk to join their team.
Responsibilities:
– Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports
– Perform data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable
– Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
– Assist with month-end close processes
– Prepare financial reports and analysis as needed
– Support the Accounting Manager with ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
