Title: Project Manager

Description:
Our company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation through completion. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at working with cross-functional teams. The Project Manager will also be expected to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, as well as to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage projects from initiation through completion
– Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
– Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors and suppliers
– Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues
– Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements
– Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members, providing regular updates and managing expectations
– Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
– Manage project documentation and records, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards
– Lead project post-mortem analysis and identify lessons learned for future projects

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in project management
– PMP certification is preferred
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
– Proficiency in project management tools and software
– Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is an asset
– Bilingual in English and French is an asset
