Head of Marketing

Job Description

– Lead and manage all marketing activities for the organization, including advertising, promotions, public relations, and online marketing
– Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and improve brand awareness
– Oversee marketing budget and ensure that all activities are executed within budget and in alignment with company goals
– Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and threats
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business objectives
– Supervise and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing leadership and guidance to support their professional growth
– Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, measuring the effectiveness of different marketing channels and activities
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, ensuring that the organization is at the forefront of marketing innovation and technology
– Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies and media outlets, to maximize marketing impact and reach

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
– 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies
– Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of marketing professionals
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
– Proven ability to think strategically and analytically, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making
– In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and other emerging marketing channels
– Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics
– Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Expected salary: $50000 – 70000 per year
