Neptune Technology Group, a leader in water metering technology, is seeking a Client Coordinator to join their team in Victoria, BC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
– Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
– Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling
– Collaborate with sales representatives to generate new business leads and further develop client relationships
– Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback for future reference

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client relations
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software
