Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:

– Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner
– Providing information about products and services, as well as resolving any customer inquiries or issues
– Processing customer orders and coordinating shipments
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
– Assisting with any other duties as needed

Qualifications:
