Staff Nurse – RMN/RNLD

Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum

Description:

Our client is currently looking to recruit a dedicated and hardworking Staff Nurse to join their team at a residential nursing facility in Northampton, Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to individuals with mental health and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

– Providing nursing care to residents with complex needs
– Administering medication and treatments as prescribed
– Assessing and monitoring residents’ physical and mental health
– Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
– Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies
– Participating in continuous professional development and training opportunities

Requirements:

– Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN
– Experience working with individuals with mental health and learning disabilities
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
