Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Salary: $18 – $22 per hour

Job Description:

Our company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
– Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
– Managing and organizing company files, documents, and records
– Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
– Drafting and editing correspondence and reports
– Providing administrative support to team members as needed

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
