Job Description

Our company is seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific project. You will collaborate with team members, contractors, and vendors to ensure all project requirements are met on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
– Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of project management
– Ensure project goals and objectives are met in a timely manner
– Coordinate project team meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders
– Create and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports
– Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the project
– Work closely with contractors and vendors to ensure project requirements are met
– Monitor and track project expenses to ensure they align with the budget
– Assist with the selection and management of subcontractors for the project
– Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, or a related field
– 2+ years of experience in project management or a related role
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in project management software
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations
